I’m sure you have already heard of these sites and are following them, but I’m posting them anyway to show them some love. Twitter Got Me Thinking About the Birds

While you may think this post is about Twitter or how I can help your social media woes, you’re wrong. Thoughts jump in and out of my mind all day because I’m a designer with ADD (well, self diagnosed ADD). This may be TMI (too much information) but I sat staring at my little monitor, smelling of spray tan, wondering how a little blue bird could have such appeal. Yea, I agree the dam thing is sweet looking. I want one. I’m not going to post the Twitter bird because we all already know what he looks like. It’s imprinted in our minds. Dress Me Up To Go Out Mannequins

Artists from many colleges, stores and groups got together to make these creative works of life size visions. I think there were close to 100 of these mannequins displayed in 3 different locations. I picked out some of my favorites. Sorry the picture quality is weak, I used my phone to take the images.
